Benefits
Emprise offers a comprehensive benefits plan. We are committed
to maintaining a competitive portfolio of benefits that the flexibility
you need with comprehensive benefits including health, insurance,
and retirement, along with work life programs.
Medical
Insurance
Emprise offers a comprehensive health insurance plan through Oxford
to all full-time employees. We offer two levels of coverage and
generously contribute to the cost of this benefit for employees
and their dependents. Eligibility begins after one month of employment.
Any premium contributions assumed by the employee are paid pre-tax.
Domestic Partner coverage is available.
Vacation
Employees start earning 15 days of vacation (which includes weekends)
from the moment they join Emprise. Following three consecutive
years of employment this increases to 22 days.
Holidays
Emprise observes ten holidays per calendar year.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Emprise offers a flexible spending account plan. This plan will
allow you to make pre-tax contributions via payroll deduction
into medical and dependent flexible spending accounts.
Educational
Assistance Program
The company encourages continuing education by providing tuition
reimbursement for accredited education programs approved in advance
by Emprise. Courses must be work-related or part of an approved
degree program.
Employee Assistance Plan
Emprise employees and their eligible dependents (including domestic
partners) are eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance
Plan (EAP) effective on their date of hire. This plan provides
access to a confidential resource for evaluation, counseling,
information, and referrals to help solve work and personal issues
